The staff demonstrated really good hospitality. The team accommodated a late check-out. My room included a coffee machine and a microwave, very convenient. The beds offered great comfort for restful nights.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
helpful staff comfortable beds clean room kitchen amenities
The reception staff were very cute and helpful! Our room had a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and kitchen sink. The hotel booked taxis for us quickly. The late check-out was very accommodating. The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.
I noticed that there was a general lack of maintenance, including broken door handles, it was a minor issue.

The location is just superb. Breakfast had friendly staff and good food varieties!!!
The service isn't up to a basic hotel standard. Getting an Earl Grey tea was really complicated and the waiter brought me an espresso cup with it!!!

amazing options beautiful location broken sunloungers lack of maintenance
The breakfast had AMAZING options, including Moroccan teiggerichte available to order. The location is secure and beautiful, right on M Avenue. I felt okay all time!!!
The hotel is aging. Many sun loungers are broken. I found a general lack of maintenance. For example, door handles need fixing and a toilet roll holder was loose. I was not happy with the condition of the room.

i found the staff helpful and kind. the hotel structure looked well maintained with high aesthetic appeal. the suite i stayed in was super clean. the design felt modern and well planned with attention to detail.
i thought the gym was basic. it had only one machine and needed additional equipment. i expected more given the hotel's association with a global athlete.
