The reception staff were very cute and helpful! Our room had a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and kitchen sink. The hotel booked taxis for us quickly. The late check-out was very accommodating. The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.
I noticed that there was a general lack of maintenance, including broken door handles, it was a minor issue.

The breakfast had AMAZING options, including Moroccan teiggerichte available to order. The location is secure and beautiful, right on M Avenue. I safety was good!!!
The hotel is aging. Many sun loungers are broken. I found a general lack of maintenance. For example, door handles need fixing and a toilet roll holder was loose. I was not happy with the condition of the room.
